CONCIERGE AND FRONT OF HOUSE SERVICES
Your first port of call – friendly and professional SMG provide a bespoke tailored concierge service to Clients. Our fully uniformed staff are trained in all aspects of roles from customer service/ conflict management to fire marshals and much more. The concierge team reflect the professionalism of your organisation. Each team member is friendly, professional and polite. Concierge duties are tailored to your premises, duties could include, but not limited to:
- General Reception duties
- Meet and Greeting visitors – directing people where to go
- Regulating visitor parking
- Fire alarm tests
- Sorting mail
- Information gathering
- Administration duties
- Assistance with permits
MOBILE SECURITY & BUILDING CHECKS
Stone Management Groups officers carry out visits to ensure the Clients premises are secure outside of their normal working hours.
Each patrol includes, but not limited to:
· Closing all access points
· Ensuring lights/ equipment is off
· Checking for potential fire hazards
· Reporting any obstructive fire hazards
· Reporting potential break ins e.g. broken doors/ fences
· Setting and un setting alarms
Throughout the last year, many companies have been working from home or not using the premises as often. For peace of mind we have been visiting Clients premises to provide access to those who need it, and to conduct building checks ensuring the site is safe and there are no potential fires etc.
MANNED GUARDING
Stone Management Group Limited provides professional highly trained Security Officers to protect your premises, delivering excellent levels of customer service. Plain and branded uniform of your choice is available for the officers to wear to represent yourself and/ or SMG. The Company allows each Client to focus their attention on running the core business with peace of mind security is in safe hands.
From static guarding to commercial security, each member of the team undergo exceptional training which allows the team to meet both the Clients and the Company’s standards. These standards are checked and maintained with regular on site visits from the Operations Manager and the Mobile Security/ Supervisors who will identify any issues and ensure it is dealt with in a timely manner.
Each manned guarding officer is supported at all times, with lone working checks and a 24 hour contact.
All staff are SIA trained and regular Client meetings are planned with SMGs Management to ensure the service needs are being met.
FIRE WATCH
We have experienced staff who are Fire Safety trained to conduct waking watches throughout the day/ night.
CCTV
With full SIA CCTV training, each officer can operate a client’s CCTV system to ensure maximum functionality. With constant training provided and furthered upon request, Stone Management Group can act as a client’s ‘eyes and ears’ to ensure your property is safe 24/7.
Close working relationships with both clients and the local authorities ensures that Stone Management Group is perfectly placed to facilitate and manage any CCTV and surveillance requirements.
Each operative is fully registered under the data protection act, allowing client discretion and security at all times.
CLEANING SERVICES
We have the experience and skills necessary to tackle just about every type of job that comes our way. With Stone Management Group, clients know exactly what to expect – professionalism, efficiency and exceptional results.
KEYHOLDING
Stone Management group Limited are a registered principle Key Holder, this helps take away the ‘out of hours’ work from Clients and allows the premises to be left in safe hands. With a variety of highly trained officers SMG can respond in a timely manner to any disturbances or alarm activations. When required, liaison with local authorities and alarm monitoring companies is handled by an experienced member of team.
Upon a call out, a copy of a full Incident Report will be left on site with Clients and a follow up call/ meeting from SMGs Management Team with any ideas on how to prevent any further situations occurring. Only in extreme circumstances SMG will contact Clients for further instructions.
